Success of Company - The CW has become a very successful company. The CW started making shows people cared about. And while it’d be misleading to call the network some sort of juggernaut, it’s absolutely one of the bigger TV success stories of the decade. With some of the biggest growing shows The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow. The CW is currently owned equally by CBS Corporation and Warner Bros. 

Key Competitors - The CW's main three competitors are CBS Broadcasting Inc, Abc Inc and Fox Broadcasting Company. CBS Broadcasting Inc has some very well known shows such as, The Late Late Show with James Corden. ABC Inc does Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and Shark Tank. Fox Broadcasting Inc does show such as, The Simpsons, Gotham and Family Guy.

Departmental Structure - Mark Pedowitz is the President of the CW Television Network. Due to the Network having multiple shows, each show has their own leader of the show. For instance The Flash has six different directors. Jesse Warn, Glen Winter, David Nutter, Tom Cavanagh, Geoff Johns and Andrew Kreisberg.

Who Owns the Company that made it - Warner Bros and CBS Corporation are the two company's sharing 50% each are who made The CW Television Network become a major competitor in the television networks.
